How can you be so irresponsible

Order num : SO13385984
I have ordered 7 items in feb, its been 1 month, i have received only 3 products out of 7
The delivery tracking doesn't get updated at all
I have neither got any delay message for my orders
I badly want to know the status

I have got three products : orange purse, wireless mouse and spec case

Will i ever recieve the remaining 4 ???
Poor product tracking.
I need my products or an immediate refund.
Plese take immediate action.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, we are so sorry for this issue. The other 3 items in your order are all out of stock, though we have tried our best to restock them. Thus, we have to cancel the items for you. And the related refund will be done to your original payment method. Normally you will receive it in 8-20 days. Sorry again for the trouble. You are more than welcome to place a new order with similar items with us. Thanks for your understanding.
For the missing item JEA[protected]N, we have made a refund apply for you. Then our financial dept. will check and confirm it. Normally it will be made in 3 days, and after that, it will take another 5-10 working days for the bank to process it. Thanks very much for your patience.
