Club Factory — products ordered not delivered yet

I had ordered around 11 items including mostly accessories on 11-11-19 and not received yet .I have not received any message also regarding the delay. Do this company really exist or fake and looting money from people? I have already paid through my card rs1328/-
my order no is SO[protected] . I cannot wait longer its better you refund back the money.
