Club Factory — purchased a saree money deducted from bank but order not confirmed

I made a purchase of a saree and made the payment as a guest user as i had not made any account with club factory yesterday (01 dec 2019).

I made the payment via hdfc netbanking but the next screen was error screen.

Money got deducted from my account but i did not get any email or order reference number.

Fortunately i got a order number — s[protected]
