[Resolved]  Club Factory — received a torn product

Hello, i have purchased a product worth rupees 601. Order no (. So[protected] suppose to receive 2 bags, but i have received only 1 without a handle and that bag is almost torn. This is worst service ever i had..! I want a refund and a replacement of the same.
Your website is totally a crap, it says it’s still shipping even after the product is been delivered. I am not getting refund option too. Attached is the images, plz check and do the needful

Need refund and replacement of that product . I still see that the order status is under preparing and then delivered, there is no sign of shipping at al .?
The system is totally CRAP, I am not getting the option to cancel the order to. This is soo bad and WORST . I will never suggest you’r club factory site to my relatives or friends
