I got the order after a long wait. I was so much expecting, but all my expectations failed once i saw damage item. Customer service is worst if worst. They r lyk bargaining that they will give 10%20% amount back. I was lyk wth? Evrytym i contact them i get same ans to wait. 1st 48hrs, nxt 3bd next 5bd nxt 48hrs so on.. I am very much frustrated by this

Work will. Never be done if u contact customer associates in club factory. Evrytym u need to talk to supervisor or their superior to get ur problem solved.

Updated by Allu Malavika I have returned the bangs after dealing a lot on 6th August. Pick up agent has not given any return slip. And here when I contact club factory these ppl say they cant do anything without the slip. If I would have received the slip then y would I not sent the images? These ppl should be informed before picking up the item from us right? Now I have been waiting since Aug 6th. I have asked for Escalation. They said issue will be resolved within 3-4BD.till now no reply from them. Is this a joke???? Money is a joke for them or torchering us lyk this is a joke?
