[Resolved] Club Factory — received defective item and no process to return is working | |
I have ordered an item on 07/05/2018, i have received it on 17/05/2018 but it was defective one, i called to customer care number but they are asking for my debit card number to refund the money, how can anyone ask for your card details they are totally fake and fraud. But i am still unable to return my item, how to return it, there in no option to return an item, how can they ask for shipping charges, why we will pay shipping charges, bloody hell they are. They should pick up the returned items from home as other online sites does. This is totally worthless to shop from club factory. Was this information helpful? | |
