Club Factory — received empty package

My name is preeti and I have ordered a watch of rupees 2000 with cod charges on 5th January and I have received an empty package on 12th Jan. On the same day I have complained to club factory but still I haven't received my refund and team is saying the same thing that I will get my resolution in 3 working days from last one month. Pls do the needful so I can get my money back
