Club Factory — received one product

I was ordered two items and they delivered one item in price of two because on package there is mention that there is two item but there is only one item and one is missing, i was mailed and message clubfactory but they said we send full package, my money got wasted i felt so frustrated i dont know what to do now... Plz help me out or advise me what shoul i do...
