Received wrong product against order number so[protected] dated 22nd may 2020. I had ordered for kemei trimmer model number 3580 but club factory has sent me nova trimmer model number pnht 9085. Request you to send me the product i had ordered as i am not interested in this cheap product. I have raised the pickup request at least 28 times but the same is being cancelled again and again by your courier partner and i get an sms for the same. I have sent 4 emails and also lodged complaint with your customer care.
