Club Factory — refund amount issue | |||||
I applied for a refund on 5th august with club factory app of amount rs. 653 and on 6th august I iniated amount from club factory app to bank account by entering account details. they said amount will credit in bank account within 5-10 business days, but still amount is not credited and when asking for the same what i got in response is below: Club factory has 3 customers service support: 1. Calling support- They said refund iniated on 6th august and no details are showing with my account number that i had given but by bank IFSC code different account details are showing with different amount. so they said to contact CHAT SUPPORT i.e. 2nd part of customer service. 2. CHAT support- They said after gathering all information or examine the case, transaction was unsuccessful and now they will again refund the same amount into your bank account and will credit withing 3-5 business days. 3.Mail support. They said amount is reiniated to your club factory wallet app, but no amount is iniated. Conclusion is that these 3 cusotmers support have different answer no correct information. Misleading customer by provided wrong information. Still issue is not resolved. I want my money back, very bad customer service and club factory company response.
