Club Factory — refund for my order from clubfactory

I have purchased a pair of shoes and it was not delivered due to covid pandemic the delivery got delayed, after two months it got cancelled and went into refund by system. I did not get my money and now i am not able to login into the app.
Kindly let me know how to get the refund.
