Dear club factory team,

I placed an order with you and then i returned the order in 7 days of receiving it.
My order number is so11399523, and my refund id is sor[protected].
My refund issued on 30. January 2018 but i have not received the refund amount till now. It is 20. Feb. 2018.
It has been more than 20 days now. And there is no news for my refund.
Request you to kindly look into it and refund my money as soon as possible.

Updated by Ng2410 But i havev not received my refund amount. I Can share my account details also.
My card number is same as u r saying. But i Have not received any refund amount. Please look into the matter it has been more than a month now!
