I had paid to club factory of rs.736 through decided card o[censored]co bank of account no [protected] for long version cardigan loose sleeves coat on 2nd january 2019 (9:58:17) of order no s[protected] by my mobile number [protected]. Next day, i was informed that my order had been cancelled and refund amount would be created in my account in 8 to 10 working days. Unfortunately, the same amount yet to be created after passing a month and i have to say that your response is highly irresponsible. Further i request to you to return back my amount at the earliest.in this regard i have sent an e-mail on 6th february 2019 but no response has been received till date.
