Club Factory — refund money is not withdrawn through more than 11 days after request | |||
My order so33851376 got cancelled by club factory. And instead of refunding money in source of payment, they will-fully refunded it in their wallet which itself was wrong. After i requested for withdrawal of that balance same day to my bank account, now it has been 12 days, but they have not refunded money in bank account. If you call them, they say wait for one more day. If you try to chat, they dont answer. What should one do in such case. It is my hard earned money that they are keeping with them and earning interest. Really pathetic. Such companies should not be allowed in india. Please banish them from here. My order no SO32816853. I ordered a top, a dress, a legging. The size is too short nd product quality is also very poor. I want to return the order. Please make arrangements to return the product and return my money back in my account as soon as possible. This order is not useful for me. Please give my money back nd return the order.
