Club Factory — refund money issue | |||||
I had shopped some items from clubfactory. But i returned the 2 items which cost 1100/- approx. But it's been 17 days they are not refunding my money back. I have talked to people on live chat process and through mails also. But when i called up their team, they directly denied to help me with refund issue. Also having all proofs of chat team and emails. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I want to cancel order that I place becoz I bought a handbag and it has a very bad quality bad stitching .. so I don’t want anything alse from this site.. and the shoes are not looking gud so plz cancel it

I bought earings from club factory my order no. is SO31641063 ...I received it[protected]... The earing quality is very low... which image shown by club factory on club factory app it have very low quality comparison to actual piece...I don't want this product...So keep my money back as soon as possible
