Club Factory — refund my money refund I'd sor[protected] | |
I had purchased household items from club factory which was delivered to me and I paid cash on delivery. 2 items were damaged hence returned back to club factory. I provided credit to by club factory account on 15th oct for 20 dollars. I was not able to use the credit balance for new purchase. on 17th October I saw my credit balance showed zero. which is when I reached out to customer care and they without understanding the issue all they said is since the refund has happened in pytm account hence they cant do anything. I explained to them that I am a banker and understand how payment process work. I also explained that I do not have pytm account so no question of credit coming to me. then they called out the number where credit had happened again that mobile.number was not mine. after lot of probe I was told this information they got from Facebook but then tonite wrong the mobile number maintained with FB is mine what club factory has not sure from where they have got. they simply refused to do anything. Question is without verification and my concent they credit to pytm account. I had put a complaint here before also haven't got any update on the complaint. They don't seem to have any basic mail etiquette to respond. written number of emails no reply whatsoever. My refund id # SOR[protected] money has been credited to somebody else's account inspire of repeated follow no update as yet. Was this information helpful? | |
