CF order no SO[protected]. Order was placed on[protected]. As committed it was supposed to come within[protected] but it came on[protected]. I ordered for JBL speaker and I got a local product. I raised complaint for return. Firstly they denied the delivery and post 10 complaints they arranged reverse pick on[protected] and product reached their warehouse on[protected]. I was told within[protected] refund will come but today on[protected] the refund is not come. In between I have contacted their chat support more than 60 times and they use to provide me a date only. On the given date when I connect, they use to give a another date and thus they are just harassing me. Return shipment number is [protected] of DELHIVERY COURIER. Today[protected] I also contacted chat support and as usual they again told me wait. The most interesting part and joke of the century is IT IS STILL SHOWING IN THE APP AS SHIPPED AND IT WILL DELIVERED BETWEEN 18-22 OCT'2019. I don;t know which calender they use where still[protected] is not come. Please help in this reagard. It was an COD and I paid 2, 490 INR for this.
