[Resolved] Club Factory — refund not initiated even after 6 days of return pickup | |||||
This is regarding my order which i have placed on club factory. Firstly the product was not as mentioned as on the website. Secondly the return request took 7 days to complete. Thirdly the courier service took 4 days to pickup the product. Fourthly the product took 4 more days two deliver back to the seller. Now its already three days since the product is delivered back and yet not club factory has refunded my money. Its very shameful for the club factory for such unsatisfactory work. Reallly very bad platform for online shopping. The order no. Is:- so[protected]. And one more thing customer care service of club factory is like parrots... Like a robot who just mugged up the sentences and speakup when any query matches the question asked by the customer. Same thing they say every time when i ask for a problem.
