My order was delivered on Aug 13 and was returned on Aug 16. I was informed that a refund for the order will be made in the next 3 days but hasn't been made yet after nearly 10 days. I have also tried reaching the customer care which was useless since my call never got connected after waiting for so long on the calls and hearing IVR messages.The product was worth Rs.950 and I need the refund to be made as soon as possible. Please help me out with other possible ways to track the refund or other means to reach out to clubfactory. I got a message saying my return order was accepted at the factory and I can track it in the app. But I am unable to track the refund status from the app. Please tell me the status or tell me how to track it.geee
