Club Factory — refund not received | |||
I had ordered a shoe, a jacket and a sweater from club factory. They deducted the money from my account but have not refunded.. It's been 2 weeks already. Why is there no response to customer's grievances? Very poor customer service. Very disgusting app. Fraud. I want my money back. Why did you deduct the amount if you don't have the product in store?
