The order so27185175 was returned and delivered to the warehouse of club factory. The refund is not received for more than 20 days now. Online support or helpline number keep on mentioning that the matter us escalated or transfered to their finance team. Their support has been pathetic. To disappoint further they even are not here to reimburse the courier amount as they do not have pick up facility in hyderabad. Such a shame on the team and company for they can't even address a small concern. How can they even expect to succeed in indian market.

My name is himanshu i oderd some item on 5/07/2018 of Rs 555.30 order no. SO30035535 this produt is cancled on the 6/07/2018 company is said that the refund is refunded in 10 day but after 11 to 12 day are going i didnt get any refund the i cantact many times but they do not give satisfactory answer. Sir plz help
