Club Factory — refund not received - impo | |
I had ordered a saree, it was of a very poor quality and i requested for a return where they said there is no pick up and i need to courier it myself. So i did and after the package reaching the seller, he said i have sent someother product but i did not. I even have photos of the same. So club factory asked the seller to return back the package and it’s been 7 months and still the seller is yet to send. Upon contacting club factory again they are asking the screenshot of the consignment reaching, in every courier consignment the data stays only for 60 days. Also they themselves had confirmed that it’s been received by the seller in the month of june. I need the refund immediately. Till this time i have contacted club factory more than 50 times and i have submitted all the proofs.
