I am so disappointed with this shopping website. Delivery, customer support, service is just worst. I returned a product many days before. Delivery person picked up my product but didn't provide me any receipt nor it got updated in my account. The pickup was showing cancelled. So many times i reached the customer care but no one helped or arranged a senior call and closed my query

They asked me to wait and wait for few days and told me that they were checking with their senior team but then they replied that if I don't have any receipt then I will not get any refund.i still have the delivery boy's no. But he also doesn't receive my call 9748890835 this is the no.

Updated by Dibyamon This is fraud and cheating and each time they don't update anything properly in their app nor they deliver within estimated time
