Dear club factory,
I have ordered one shoe from this app on 18th Feb 2018. I paid 19.52$ through debit card. After 2 days of order I got mail that your order is cancelled and payment will refund within 5-10 working days. My order no is SO13884008 and my order id is 201802180546096650432. Now 1 month is completed but still I didn't get any refund. Could you please tell me when it will refund.
