[Resolved] Club Factory — refund of my products

I ordered for some dresses with the help of credit card but now i want to return my orders and trying to withdraw my balance in bank transfer but its showing withdrawal failed. Please help me soon refund id is sor (Protected). I got balance 32.98 usd (Rupees 2, 366). Please help fast. Waiting for your reply. My order no is so[protected] and so[protected]. Please help.
