[Resolved] Club Factory — refund of the returned products pending

I made a purchase of 4 items on 24th march and was charged twice for the amount 2237.11 to which i complaint my bank and they assured that one of the amount will be credited back. After receiving products i found 3 products not suitable so i returned it and on 16th april i received a mail from you about the refund amount of 1509 which will be credited back in 5-10 working days and till date it's not refunded. I am following up with support and recently they are talking about chargeback which is the one of the amount i was charged i do not understand as to how the process is followed.in name of customer satisfaction it is absolutely pathetic. How do i get my refund now

Hi order no SO20609273 I ordered on 9th May estimated delivery was may 24 but still I didn't get any notifications so kindly look into this and revert back as soon as possible or else I need to complaint.. Thank u
