Ref order so43898545 of value 1930.34 (07 items), i received only 2 items and one of the item is completely broken and 5 items are not present in the box. I applied for refund but they are saying that they cannot accept this box as 5 items are missing and 1 item is broken. I contacted costumer support but they are not providing any favourable response. Their contact number remains busy from the past 2 days. Kindly help.
