I had placed an order for a handbag (Order no. So[protected] on january 31, 2018. The estimated delivery date was february 18. I have already paid for the product online.
It has been over a month, and i still haven't received it!!!
I was told i will be getting a refund. Haven't received that either.
There's been no intimation or update from the website.
This has, by far, been the worst experience i've had with an e-commerce website.
