Ordered an item on 11 july 2018. Everything was going well then i opened the app on 21 july 2018 and saw that my order has been cancelled by club factory itself and there is no explanation about it. Also it is showing that the money has been refunded to me the way i used i. E paytm while making payment for the purchased product... This is the second time club factory has done... Moreover there is no option to complain.
Now my request that please give my refund as soon as possible. It’s already been 7days since they cancelled my order. My order number so31629538
