I ordered a dress worth rs 450 in cash through club factory on 3/08/19 and it was delievered to me on 7/08/19. As the material was cheap so i applied to return item. They collected the item as per my return request on 09/08/19 and ensured me that my refund amount will be transferred in to my club factory's account. It's been a long time they havn't refunded me tiil now. Eeven they don't provide any complaint no on their site. This is second time i am facing this problem with club factory. They don't refund.
