Club Factory — refund rejected for an overcoat unnecessarily | |||
I ordered an overcoat order number so[protected]. I got this product after a long wait of 25 days. It was in pathetic condition not pressed properly and quality was also very very poor. I applied for return. The courier person picked up the coat 1 day after i applied for return i. E on jan 31 2020. On 4th feb i got the message that my refund is rejected because the courier is not received. How the hell is this my problem. My job was to return the package to the courier person and not to keep the track of the person. Clearly this company is a fraud Please help me with my gate earned money and beware of this fraud e commerce company Was this information helpful? | |||

set of 5 cotton trousers ordered with payment, but it is still not received, refund my amount immediate.
I haven't received me order which had to come by 20 jan! It's stuck under custom clearance! Order no is so[protected]! It is a already paid order! Please kindly deliver my order for which i have paid so much and waited for so long. Kindly do something and deliver it asap!
