I ordered a g shock watch from club factory which i received by company called "rajmi fashion". The product i received was faulty, and nonfunctional.
So i decided and returned as soon as i can.
And the when the product received the item at center, my refund was rejected stating that the product was wrong and they received a wrong item.
I have often contacted customer support three times and no resolution is been provided. Seller has sent cf support a different item image (Please see attached images) and pretending that he has received a wrong item.
Club factory is saying me to contact the seller directly. Which i tried and the contact number they provided is unreachable and the club factory says they don't have any other number as of now.

It' s probably seller's fraud as they can easily change product at store and send wrong images. Else it's courier boy/company fault.
Please help me to get a refund. I can't settle for zero amount and i want to take action against seller/courier company for the fraud.
It's very disappointing to do this things with such a regular costumer of club factory
