Club Factory — refund the money

Iam always shop in club factory, iam sold many products in club factory,, all products are very beautiful, i like so much that products.. Once i sold a saree for my sister bt she didn't like so, i cancel my order,, but once i cancelled my order before one month but iam not received the refund,, when i will get the refund please help,, i hope help for me please..
