I had issued a return for shoes for the reason that it was too large. The pickup guy took it by properly verifying it. When it reached at quality check it failed to pass the test and refund was rejected. I contacted them via email but no response was given. Later i called at the support center and they refused to refund me stating that i neither get to have refunds nor i will receive my product back.
