Club Factory — Regarding jeggings order no : so977779 request for refund of money

I have ordered and paid the full payment on 24th of april. I am not able to track my shipment details and still it is not delivered to me.
I want to raise a complaint against club factory. I want my money to be refunded back to me bank account as soon as possible.
