Club Factory — regarding my order status...

Few days back on club factory site which was advertised on my facebook newsfeed i had purchased a sweetshirt which order no is so58685482.. I habe already made a full payment using my credit card, but when i download club factory app after that i can't locate its details on app, also on courier provider's site there is no details regarding this... Plz help
