Club Factory — regarding refund of order number is so33535121

Dear club factory team,

I placed an order with you and then I returned the order within 2 days of receiving it.
My order number is so33535121 and my refund id is sor258902.
My refund issued on[protected] but I have not received the refund amount till now. It is[protected] now.
It has to be refunded within 5-10 working days. And there is no news for my refund.
Also, original refund value I was supposed to get was 553 INR but in above refund id, it is 514 INR. Where is the remaining amount?
Request you to kindly look into it and refund my money as soon as possible.

Updated by Rajashri Thorat I received the refund of INR 524.80 in club factory app balance on the same day. But, original refund value I was supposed to get was 553 INR but received the refund of 524.8 INR. Where is the remaining amount?
