Club Factory — regarding return

I ordered some product with order number order no:so29501423
And received on 27th, as product was not up to the mark, requested for return on the same day. Still waiting for the return. Tried calling customer service but got no response from them. This seems to be a fraud company, once your amount is paid to them, will not get that back. It's a total fraud company, highly not recommended
