Club Factory — regarding wrong and defective product | |||||
I have ordered a jacket and shoes in club factory pvt ltd. They have sent the wrong size and tear the tag and sizing info from jacket and even jacket was very poor quality. Even they don't have return pickup option in mobile app. I need to courier it by myself. I have spent rs 2098 and rs 270 for courier. I kept the shoes but i have return the jacket.
