[Resolved] Club Factory — rejecting my refund request

I placed a order on 22 jan 2020. But then i found a same product on amazone in almost half prize so i tried to cancel the product. But they didn't process my request. I called them 3-4 time to get it cancel. But they didn't do.
After that they request me to return the product after delivery.
And they will send me refund
But after returning they are saying that the product is not as same as they send. And rejecting my refund
😥😥🙏🙏 please help

i complained a couples of week ago. but consumer complaint is also doing double face behaviour they are not listening to anyone ma ka bhosda tumhari salo behnchod hram k pese the kya mere sale kha k baith gye behnchod culb factory wale koi sunnne tk ko tyar nahi h sala
