Hi i place an order with cub factory against order number so 8674288, awb number:[protected].
Whenever i try to get in touch with their courier partner gati, they ask for a 9
Digit docket number.. Which i haven’t got and they refuse to help me. So both the parties are bouncing me and refuse to deliver my order.. Even though they have my address and phone number.. No contact has been made..
Can someone please assist me in getting the docket number please so i know where my order is!!
