[Resolved]  Club Factory — requesting to proceed with my money refund

I'm a regular costumer of club factory but im very disappointed of what they did to me. I have not got a refund for 2 of my products which i had ordered. They initially accepted my order but they later cancelled the order themself stating that the product is no longer available in it will be refunded within 7-14 days. But its been a month n there is no signs of refund to my account. I called the customer care several times but no one is picking my call. Kindly respond to my request as soon as possible and even then if there is no response i'm planning to take a severe action for not satisfying the customer needs. Since it's a procedure to submit a complaint i did my job n now it's your turn to proceed with my request.
