I have ordered a jbl head phone, i received a defected very bad quality duplicate head phone, one side speaker is not working!
So i applied for return and refund, it is been one month. I applied on[protected] but till now i haven't got any response. You are keeping on extending the expected refund date.
Kindly take immediate action. Or els i will go for consumer court complain
