I received two items on 25/8/18, dint like, initiated return request on the same date.. Post it back to dtdc warehouse, kapashera on 27/8/18 wch got delivered on 28th but they unacclaimed it n the items are now back at the post offce. I have been trying to talk to them but there is no such medium, chat option is all they have and there too they never respond on time and everytime there is new executive and i have to explain everything again n before i finish the executive is either ofline or a new executive comes up and i have to repeat the whole scene again. I even mailed them but i got no reply from there too. They have 9days return policy and they are just wasting time so that they dont have to refund any amount.
