Club Factory — Return got rejected and didn't receive refund

I was not satisfied with the product (Shoes) as it i didn't like the quality of this shoes so i returned it as it was i had just opened the package i there was no damage done to product so why the return got rejected.
Please clear the problem and give my money back as i had returned your product (Shoes).
