I received the products within time and quality of some products is too low. Return option is there in the app, but i am unable to claim return. It was said to contact customer care, if we are unable to initiate the return option, but after contacting the customer care service proper response is not received. They replied within 24 hours but the reply was not relevant. I want to return the product and get the refund. My order no is SO46587160 and the same was ordered on 17 September 2018.
