[Resolved]  Club Factory — return refunds

Hi team,

On 23rd march 2019 i returned some product from you. The return id is son[protected]. I got a message that the refund will be processed within 3 working days from the day of pickup, it has been more days and still i've not heard anything from you guys.
I'm waiting for the refund amount or please help me how many days it will take.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, I suggest your read the return policy again, it says the refund will be issued within 3 working days after the parcel is delivered to our warehouse.

Packing is ruff and in item is not good(white paint on the shoe)and also size is not ok.
