[Resolved] Club Factory — shoes quality is not same as showing in onlineshop | |||||
I ordered a shoe with club factory order no is so18417011. I got this shoes yesterday evening. I check it instantly. I look quality is not good which was showing online. Same time i request to return and refund my money. Now they are saying you can return itself with shipping charge. Bcz its not club factory issue. But why should i have to pay this shipping charges. Quality is fault of club factory. Now they are forcing me to keep this shoe with compensate of $1.3. But i don't want their shoe. Its in poor quality (Please find both images one of which i recieved and one is showing online) very bad quality. Neither thier any toll free number is working. Verified Support May 04, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, Sorry that we have no pick up service currently. And according to our return policy, we can only make refund for the return shipping fee of returning wrong or damaged product.
