[Resolved]  Club Factory — shopping money not refunded but without any information they transfer my account money to other account

I am doing online shopping but quality of that product not good so i was returns that product and apply for money refund. After one month also money not refunded my account but at the one day club factory customer care call coming and asking about money refund i was telling money not refunded and after asking mine authorised mobile number which is linked to bank account and after 10 minutes without sending any otp my account 18999 ruees debit. Plz solve my problem sir i kindly request. Thank you.
