It was an horrible experience in my life I have ordered for a combo of bags order number is SO16560889 . Such a cheap quality products. They charged 475.46 as its rate. When look for a return policy I need to pay 630 as my courier charges that I have to take it from my pocket . Normally good online companies they will take from as when we apply for refund. So this itself shows. It's is fraud company. I Will NEVER recommend this online for any one.

Sorry for the quality issue. We'll issue a complaint to our product dept. for you. But currently we have no pick up service, so you need to courier the item to our return address.
And according to our return policy, we can only make refund for the return shipping fee of returning wrong or damaged product. In your case of being unsatisfied with the quality, the return shipping fee won't be refunded. Thanks for your understanding.

I have bought 5 clothes from club factory and had returned 3 of them dated 02/04/2018 but still my money is yet not refunded back till date they are daily increasinv the date and delaying in refunding amount.
